About Kids Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Denver metro pediatric home health team. You will work with children (and possibly adults) in home settings, receiving dedicated CF supervision, mentorship, and ASHA-supported training in a collaborative, therapist-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License or eligible by start date.
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Canonically located in the Denver metro for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Completing speech and language evaluations.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing skilled speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Colorado home health regulations.

Clinical Fellowship Support

Your Clinical Fellowship is one of the most important years of your career, and we're committed to making it a positive experience.

You'll receive:

• Individualized mentorship from an experienced CF Supervisor
• The opportunity to meet your supervisor before accepting the position
• At least the ASHA-required supervision, including a minimum of six hours of direct observation and six hours of indirect supervision during each required segment
• Ongoing support from your Rehab Supervisor and clinical leadership team
• Access to experienced clinicians specializing in feeding therapy, AAC, medically complex patients, and pediatric home health

About the Position

As a Clinical Fellow, you'll evaluate and treat pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing speech and language evaluations

• Providing skilled speech-language therapy services
• Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
