Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Fellow to support students aged 5-21 with autism and related challenges in a collaborative educational setting.

Under licensed supervision, you will screen, assess, and help design IEP-aligned treatments while partnering with families and school teams. A strong emphasis on professional development and mentorship is included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and Pennsylvania state licensure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered service delivery.
• Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy under supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP.
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
