New Story Schools in New Cumberland, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow to begin a professional journey helping students strengthen communication, social, and language skills in an educational setting.

Under supervision of a licensed SLP, you will gain hands-on experience delivering therapy, collaborating with educators, and building a foundation for a rewarding career in speech-language pathology, with comprehensive mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and Pennsylvania state licensure
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered service delivery
• Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional development throughout your fellowship
