Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to provide in-home pediatric therapy with mentorship and ongoing supervisor support. You will work both in person and remotely to build clinical confidence and real-world pediatric experience.

You will document patient care using electronic health records, participate in professional development, and may have opportunities to engage in outreach programs for underserved children.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Deliver home-based speech therapy services within a designated geographic zone.
Collaborate with an experienced supervisor for mentorship and ongoing support.
Utilize industry-leading electronic health records for documentation.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
