LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to provide pediatric home health services. You will receive mentorship from an experienced CF Supervisor to develop clinical skills, decision-making, and independence, while building a caseload quickly with referrals, including Early Intervention.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for state licensure as an Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Role & Responsibilities:
Work with children in home-based settings, providing pediatric speech therapy services.
