Little Scholars Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CF welcome to apply) in Mission Viejo, CA. Join a growing pediatric therapy team that helps children find their voice and maximize communication potential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess children's speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop, Review, and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in a pediatric setting (in home or in clinic).
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Monitor, document, and report on patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and education on communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school, clinic, or therapy setting
• Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach to therapy
