Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an on-site, full-time role in Hornell, NY. You will design and deliver one-on-one speech, language, and swallowing therapy to residents, coordinate screenings, and work with care teams and families to improve communication and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS).
• Active NYS SLP license.
• ASHA CCC certification.

A Skilled Nursing Facility in Hornell, NY is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist to join its interdisciplinary care team.
