Qualifications

  • Willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting requirements.
  • Experience with middle school students is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for this age group is valued.
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate in virtual and in‑person settings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the virtual SLP in implementing therapy plans and goals for identified students.
  • Provide direct services and interventions under SLP supervision.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Maintain regular communication with the SLP, school staff, and families as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizational tasks related to service delivery.

In this position, you’ll team up with a virtual Speech‑Language Pathologist to deliver tailored services at a middle school site, fostering growth and communication skills in a caseload of 35-40 students.

Key Qualifications:
  • Active Washington SLPA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
  • Completion or willingness to complete fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
  • Experience with middle school‑aged students is preferred, but not requiredenthusiasm and understanding of this age group are valued
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in both virtual and in‑person settings
Responsibilities:
  • Support the virtual SLP in implementing therapy plans and goals for identified students

This contract offers 32.5 hours per week, letting you connect with students while maintaining work-life balance across the school year.
