Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool students in a school-based contract for the 2026-2027 year, August 31, 2026 through June 15, 2027, with a structured 35-37.5 hour week onsite.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP or CFY, and strong communication and collaboration skills. SLPAs may be considered, with direct and consultative service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CFY welcome.
• Previous experience with preschool or early childhood caseloads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students in a school setting.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student progress documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to SLPAs and staff as appropriate.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and case reviews.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives.
