Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-8 students with communication needs near Fountain, Colorado. The role is contract, 40 hours per week, with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families to deliver interventions and document progress while utilizing AAC technology as appropriate. Start date August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or a related field.
  • Valid CDE-issued licensure as an SLPA.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by supervising SLPs
  • Support students within the K-8th grade range in both individual and group modalities
  • Implement therapy plans addressing a wide spectrum of communication challenges
  • Document student progress, maintain records, and assist in program planning
