Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-person services to charter school students for the upcoming school year.

The SLPA will work under a Florida-licensed SLP, serving K–12 caseloads with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–3:30 PM. Requirements include Florida SLPA registration, ability to obtain school clearances and background checks, and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide speech-language services under supervision and aligned with IEPs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain school clearances/background checks.
• Must maintain required session notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services as delegated by the supervising SLP and aligned with IEPs.
• Implement treatment activities and document student progress.
• Maintain accurate session notes and required documentation.
• Collaborate with school staff and communicate updates to the supervising SLP.
• Participate in meetings/trainings as required for the assignment.
