Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant for a contract role with a California school district. You will support school-aged students under licensed SLP supervision to implement speech-language services and IEP goals, gaining mentoring and professional growth in a collaborative setting.

The position is strictly onsite, with potential travel between district schools. Eligible candidates can expect weekly hours, benefits options, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or AAS in SLPA from an accredited program.
• Active SLPA certification or license.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication under pressure.
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as outlined in students’ IEPs, maintaining professional integrity.
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs for guidance, supervision, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication strategies.
• Engage with students, staff, and families with professionalism, even during high-stress situations.
• Work exclusively onsite (virtual work is not offered for this assignment).
• May be required to travel between different schools within the district.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between school sites as needed
