Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Chehalis, Washington to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming fall semester. This contract role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from September 2026 through December 2026, serving elementary and preschool-2nd grade students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• Active Washington SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLP.
• Support articulation, language development, social communication, fluency and other goals as appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings and district activities as directed by the supervising SLP and district.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program
• Active Washington SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
