Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children 3 years and older. You will develop individualized plans, conduct family sessions, and monitor progress across hybrid in-person and virtual settings.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Therapy, SLP licensure, and compliance with AzEIP standards; background clearance is mandatory. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Therapy required.
• Must be licensed or eligible as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Must complete AzEIP standards within 3 years of start date.
• Background check successful and Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience with feeding is a plus, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
• Must be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to families.
• Must be available for hybrid services, in person and virtual.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Therapy.
• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as a Speech Language Pathologist including certifications and/or licensures.
• Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required.
• Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Feeding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required.
