Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Antioch, CA. This full-time school-year role provides 37.5 hours per week with a August 2026 start date and a collaborative environment with teachers and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA SLP license (ESA) or ability to obtain, and ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
