Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Arapahoe County, CO.

The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to meet individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Colorado SLP license or eligibility under CF license.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Arapahoe County, CO area to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met.

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours
• Assignment Dates: 01/07/2026-05/28/2027

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements

Qualifications:

• Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
• (temporary or provisional license for Clinical Fellows)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
