Job summary

Onward Education is partnering with a school district in the Aurora, Colorado area to hire a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an on-site assignment supporting students across elementary through K-8.

Hours are 15 per week with a typical 2 days. Licensure requirements include Colorado SLP license and CDE SSP credential. Collaboration with educators and families is essential for program success.

• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• School-based experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and collaborate with educators, service providers, and families

Job description

Onward Education is partnering with a school district in the Aurora, Colorado area to hire a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an on-site, school-based assignment supporting students across elementary through K-8.
In this role, you'll provide speech-language services that support students' access to learning, communication, and participation at school. You'll collaborate with educators and special education teams, complete evaluations and documentation, and deliver targeted therapy aligned to student goals.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours/week (typically 2 days/week)
• School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule details coordinated with the school team)
• Setting: On-site
• Caseload: Approximately 16-18 students

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services aligned to student plans and goals
