Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Argyle, NY. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other clinicians to help residents regain communication and swallowing functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Current New York State SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on initial evaluations, treatment, progress, and discharge.
• Observe and assess progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and handle information securely.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.

Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

SLP Requirements Include:

• Current New York State SLP License
