The full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with no weekends or holidays, offering full medical/dental/vision, retirement, and PTO. Relocation is not covered, and the pay ranges from $39–$58 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Washington SLP license or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) and BLS are required.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide individualized therapy for patients across ages and acuity.
• Document progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and quality of life.
• Collaborate on Modified Barium Swallow studies and FEEs experience welcomed (preferred).

Speech-Language Pathologist – Broad-Scope Practice

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Provide individualized therapy for patients across all ages and acuity levels
• Perform (or collaborate on) Modified Barium Swallow studies; FEEs experience welcome (preferred, not required)
• Document progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and quality of life
• Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and extended care (LTC)
• Charting: CPSI
• Dress Code: Professional attire or scrubs
• Orientation: 1–2 days with a preceptor
• Status: FT Non-Exempt | Direct Hire
• Pay: $39–$58/hour (DOE)
• Full medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO
• Scrubs: Any color; clean and professional
• Relocation: Not covered

Requirements
