Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Ephrata, WA. You will work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, contributing to high-quality care in a hospital-based setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, with CFY completed or CCC-SLP preferred. WA license and BLS may be required. Flexible schedule and direct-hire opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed or CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered.
• Active Washington SLP license to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in hospital-based settings (inpatient & outpatient).
• Experience with a 50/50 IP/OP mix.
• Experience performing instrumental swallow evaluations and bedside swallow evaluations.
• Experience with imaging-based swallow assessments preferred.
• Willingness to treat all populations, including pediatrics.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to coordinate care across IP/OP settings.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Candidates without CCC-SLP but with completed CFY will be considered.
• Active Washington State SLP license required to start the position.

• Experience in hospital-based settings, including inpatient and outpatient care.
• Facility requires clinicians with experience in a 50/50 IP/OP mix.
