Job summary

All Together Wellness in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our on-site team as a full-time clinician. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across early childhood development.
  • Candidates should possess clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and other feeding and swallowing concerns in young children.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in clinical or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and caregiver coaching skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, cultural humility, and maintaining professional ethics and continuing education.

Responsibilities

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This role involves providing evaluation and treatment for infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with professional standards. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team, provide education and coaching to families, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives. We value you work-life balance, which is why we provide a guaranteed annual W-2 salary paired with a predictable daytime schedule. Your day ends at 5:00PM.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in clinical or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and caregiver coaching skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
