Job summary

The Madden Therapy Solutions, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered evaluation and treatment for speech-language and feeding disorders across home, school, and clinic settings in South Tampa and eastern Hillsborough County. The role begins as part-time with growth potential to full-time.

Qualifications

• Active Florida licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Pediatrics.
• Experience with feeding therapy and/or oral myofunctional therapy preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred (not required).
• Proficiency in writing SOAP notes and analyzing/testing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform exemplary patient-centered speech-language and feeding evaluation and treatment services.
• Ensure timely note-taking and accurate time tracking.
• Serve as the face of the business to outside families and professionals.

Salary range: $45.00-70.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

Your primary role as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at Madden Therapy Solutions is to perform exemplary patient-centered speech-language and feeding evaluation and treatment services, ensure timely note-taking, and accurate time tracking. As a critical part of Madden Therapy Solutions, you will serve as the face of the business to outside families and other professionals in the community. This position is a hybrid of community (home, schools, daycares, community spaces) and office-based (if desired) and covers South Tampa and eastern Hillsborough county (Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Valrico). It would begin as a part-time position with definite potential to grow to full time as desired by candidate.

Requirements:

• Active Florida licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Minimum 3 years experience in Pediatrics
• Experience with feeding therapy and/or oral myofunctional therapy preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred (not required)
• Positive and open communication style, with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members as well as parents/caregivers and outside providers
• Proficiency in writing SOAP notes and analysis and reporting on standardized testing protocols
