Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
  • CCC-SLP or strong supervision-ready candidate.
  • Experience with pediatric populations in clinic, school, or behavioral settings.
  • Experience assessing Dysphagia and pediatric feeding/swallowing concerns.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person speech and language services to children and adolescents.
  • Develop treatment plans and provide individual and small-group therapy.

Role Description

The Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist will deliver in-person speech and language services to children and adolescents in St Augustine, FL. This part-time, on-site role includes evaluating communication and swallowing needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and small-group therapy in the clinic and partner locations. The pathologist will collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other therapists to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions. Routine responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate clinical records, and preparing reports to support school and clinical teams. The role may also involve participating in team meetings, providing education for families, and contributing to a positive, inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications
  • Clinical skills in pediatric Speech Therapy and assessment of Speech sound production
  • Experience managing Dysphagia and pediatric feeding or swallowing concerns
  • Ability to evaluate and treat Communication Disorders in children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of Language Disorders and evidence-based language intervention strategies
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong supervision-ready clinical fellowship candidate
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in clinic, school, or behavioral settings
  • Strong documentation, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to inclusive, family-centered care and collaborative teamwork
