Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students across multiple school sites. The role focuses on evaluating speech and language needs and delivering targeted therapy to individuals and small groups.

Preferred candidates hold SC LLR licensure and an SC Educator Certificate, with CCC or CF status preferred. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design IEPs is essential, along with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current SC LLR licensure and SC Educator Certificate.
• Active CCC or CF status is required.
• Experience in elementary school-based speech therapy is essential.
• Ability to design and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Design and implement effective therapy interventions for individual or small groups.
• Maintain progress notes and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and coaching to staff and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• State of South Carolina LLR licensure and current SC Educator Certificate
• Comprehensive background in elementary school-based speech therapy
• Ability to design and implement IEPs and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
