Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You’ll conduct evaluations, collaborate with ARD committees, and deliver or supervise therapy aligned with IEP goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, active Texas licensure, and ASHA CCC‑SLP certification. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
  • Develop evidence‑based interventions with the ARD committee to support student goals.
  • Deliver therapy or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
