School Speech-Language Pathologist (2025-2026 School Year)

Location: Shabbona, IL

Grade Levels: PreK-12 (Primary focus on Elementary)

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 36.15 hours/week

Contract Dates: August 11, 2025 - May 22, 2026

Hours: 8:00am-3:45pm daily

About The Role

AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a small and collaborative school district in Shabbona, IL. This onsite role primarily focuses on elementary students, with opportunities to support a limited number of students in middle and high school as needed. You’ll work closely with school teams and a remote SLP to provide services across a manageable caseload within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services across PreK-12, with an emphasis on elementary students
• Collaborate with a tele-therapist to ensure continuity of services district-wide
• Deliver services for a range of needs, including speech-only and resource-level support
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development using the Embrace IEP system
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking for all students served
• Serve as the primary onsite SLP, with no additional duties outside of speech/language responsibilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois IDFPR License
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
  
  

Compensation

$55,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
