AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to Early Childhood and Kindergarten students in Gages Lake, Illinois for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. There are about 600 students in this school building, with 6 SLPs in total which makes the caseloads around 30 students.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:25 am-3:00 pm.
• SLP will provide speech and language therapy services to EC-K students (ages 3-6 years).
• This is a Dual Language school with many different classrooms within the building including life learning (functional classrooms), structured learning classrooms (students on the spectrum), classrooms where students need more support, and gen ed classes.
• There are 4 other SLPs within the building for support and collaboration.
• SLP will be responsible for the following:
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address communication and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize Embrace for IEPs.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing training opportunities.
• SLP will have their own office space.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• The pay range for this position is 54,000-67,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.
• Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
