Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Vermont for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with school districts statewide, offering varied caseloads and personalized placements based on experience, preferences, and location.

We provide exceptional support, mentorship for Clinical Fellows, and a compensation model that guarantees pay even when sessions are canceled or changed, with a $10K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Vermont SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities Vary By Placement But May Include

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Receptive and expressive language disorders
• Social/pragmatic communication
• Fluency disorders
• Voice disorders
• AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications
