Boothby Therapy Services is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles across Vermont. Positions offer guaranteed pay, a $10K sign-on bonus, and diverse caseloads for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social/pragmatic needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and documentation for progress tracking.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)

• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
