The role involves evaluating and treating individuals with speech and language disorders; programs cover pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Therapist college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Prefer two (2) years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist. Home health experience is preferred.

This is fee-for-service position, paid per visit and this is a 1099, contracted position. In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have a valid and active license in the state of NY.

Job Overview:
