Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care in Queens and Long Island is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy for pediatric and adult clients. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in patients' homes, enabling improved speech, language, and quality of life.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with other clinicians, and educate families. NYS SLP license is required.

Qualifications

  • Active New York State SLP license required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Experience with pediatric and adult populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to individuals of all ages for articulation, fluency, voice, and language.

Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting.

We are currently hiring a full-time SLP to provide home-based care throughout Queens & Long Island to support our growing pediatric and adult caseloads.

Pay: $110,000.00-$115,000.00/annually

*To be considered, candidates must have a valid and active New York State SLP license*.

Qualifications:
  • Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license required.

Job Overview:

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Personal Touch Home Care, you'll be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them improve their communication skills and quality of life. You will also provide rehabilitative services to patients who are unable to travel to a clinic or hospital. This is focused on improving patients' quality of life by promoting mobility, function, and independence within the comfort and convenience of their own homes.
