Birch Agency is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Reading, PA. The role will serve students from pre-k through high school, providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services within the school setting.

Interviews are being held as soon as possible. We offer competitive benefits including a 401(k) with employer matching and weekly pay. Sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communication.
• PA School based Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification.
• ASHA Certification.

Responsabilités

• Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders.
• Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity.
• Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities.
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines.
• Attend IEP Meetings.
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary.
• Consult with Teachers.
• Work as a part of the Special Ed team.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion.
