Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Yuma, AZ area. This in-person, full-time role focuses on delivering school-based speech-language pathology services to elementary caseloads.

We offer competitive pay of $52-$62 per hour, W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU reimbursement, mileage between sites, and mentorship with ongoing support from school-based professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Arizona SLP License (or CFY).
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
