Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX is seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a stable, fun in-house therapy environment serving geriatric post-acute and long-term care patients. Licensure required; all experience levels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - FULL TIME
CRESTWOOD HEALTH & REHABILITATION - WILLS POINT, TX

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.

This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels
