Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. This role offers consistent weekday coverage in a newly remodeled facility with a well-equipped gym, delivering quality care to residents.

You will evaluate swallowing and cognitive deficits, help residents improve cognition or swallowing, educate residents and caregivers, and handle daily documentation and billing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
