Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join the team. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive therapy team with a newly remodeled facility and well-equipped gym.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits, helping residents achieve goals, educating residents and caregivers, and maintaining confidentiality while complying with all regulations. Collaborative, supportive team environment.

• Help Residents in their goals to improve cognition or swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protect facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
