Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

About Us:

Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy is a small but thriving private practice that specializes in pediatric speech, language, myofunctional, and feeding therapy. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment where therapists are encouraged to bring their unique skills and expertise to provide high-quality care. Our focus is on empowering children and families through evidence-based therapy and family education. Caring Connections is owned by speech-language pathologist Maria Evans.

We’re looking for a passionate and flexible SLP or SLPA to help us meet immediate needs at ABA centers, preschools, and daycares in the Wake Forest and North Raleigh areas. Join our growing team and make a meaningful impact where it matters most!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (for SLPs).
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to children with a variety of speech, language, and/or feeding difficulties.
• Collaborate with families to provide education and home program support.
• Document progress notes and update goals as needed in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• For SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• For SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field, and active state certification/licensure.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
• Training or interest in AAC, sensory-based strategies, and neurodiversity-affirming practices is a plus.
• Compassionate, flexible, and eager to work in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Compensation:

• $60-$70/hour based on experience and caseload.
