Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for day shift and PRN opportunities in Tulsa, OK. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and contributing to patient progress notes.

Qualified candidates hold a Master or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Oklahoma license, and BLS certification to be obtained within 14 days of hire. Preference given to CCCs.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and implement knowledge of current trends and practices.
• Develop appropriate plans of care, treatment strategies, and goals for each patient.
• Communicate and document results of treatment, including patient progress toward established goals.
• Consistently promote a positive team environment through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
