Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for day shift or PRN opportunities. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy for patients with communication and swallowing disorders, documenting progress and collaborating with the care team.

Requirements include a Master or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, Oklahoma SLP license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. CCN certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and implement knowledge of current trends and practices
• Develop appropriate plans of care, treatment strategies, and goals for each patient
• Communicate and document results of treatment, including patient progress toward established goals
• Consistently promote a positive team environment through collaboration with other healthcare professionals
