Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to elementary students in the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District. This is an in-person role with a flexible 2-3 day-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and NYS SLP licensure; school setting experience is highly desirable. The position offers competitive weekly pay and potential for ongoing assignment through June

Qualifications

• Valid and current New York State SLP license and/or certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services, consultations, evaluations, and participate in CSE meetings.

• Approximately 3 consultations per month.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate student records.
• Participate in IEP/CSE processes as needed.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time

Location: Wolcott, NY

Hours: Part-time

Pay: $55-$62/hour on W-2, paid weekly

Position Overview

Cross Country Education is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students within the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District.

This is an in-person position with a flexible 2-3 day-per-week schedule.

Caseload & Responsibilities

• Elementary school caseload of approximately 25 students
• Provide speech-language services, consultations, evaluations, and participate in CSE meetings
• Approximately 80 sessions per month
• Approximately 3 consultations per month
• Support students with a range of communication and speech-language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the educational team
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate student records
• Participate in IEP/CSE processes as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with students in a school setting is highly desirable
• Valid and current New York State SLP license and/or certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students and school-based teams
• Location: Wolcott, NY 14590
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week; flexible on days
• Contract: Through June 25, 2027
• Pay: $55-$62/hour on W-2, paid weekly
