PRN or part-time position available; full-time employees may be eligible for benefits. Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19, or have medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess home environment as appropriate.
• Identify functional speech defects and establish plan of care to improve patient function.
• Implement and revise plans of care as necessary.
• Provide education to patient, family members/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team on recommendations.
• Prepare and submit notes per agency policy.
• Perform other duties to facilitate delivery of speech language pathology services.
