Kennedy-Donovan Center in Southbridge, MA is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for Early Intervention serving infants and toddlers (birth to age 3). You will collaborate with families using family-centered practices to support developmental growth and IFSP goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT) with a focus on home, community, and group-based services, travel to client sites, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must meet required degree, licensure, and certification standards as defined by EI Operational Standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation software.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe).
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & evaluation of infants and toddlers across adaptive, cognitive, motor, social-emotional, and communication domains.
• Intervention planning with families to develop IFSPs with measurable goals and strategies.
• Direct services in home, community, and group settings with parent coaching.
• Family support & advocacy to access resources and empower caregivers.
• Collaboration with other professionals to deliver integrated services.
• Documentation & progress monitoring to update IFSPs and ensure compliance.
• Compliance & productivity aligned with EI standards and agency policies.
• Professional growth and teamwork through supervision, meetings, and case reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
