Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center seeks an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families across Massachusetts. You will perform developmental assessments, design IFSPs with measurable goals, and deliver home, community, and group services through parent coaching, aligning with EI standards.

Responsibilities include collaboration with other professionals, progress documentation, and compliance with EI policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate licensure/certification per EI standards.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to work some evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
