Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, accredited by ESB or meeting ASHA requirements.
• Current and unrestricted SLP license in the state where services are rendered.
• ASHA certification or CCC-SLP eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience: Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Must-Have Requirements

1. A master's degree in Speech Language Pathology that is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
2. Meet the education and experience requirements for the Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
3. Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

1. Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience preferred
