More to Say Pediatric Development & Therapy is a pediatric therapy practice committed to improving the lives of children through a family-centered, naturalistic approach to care. The team helps families understand their child’s developmental needs and supports them in nurturing each child’s capacity to succeed. Using evidence-based practices and a whole-child philosophy, the practice emphasizes learning through play and interaction with the environment. Services currently include speech and language, feeding, and occupational therapy, along with enrichment and extracurricular programs, and the practice is expanding its offerings. The vision is to maintain a workplace where the team feels valued, acknowledged, and engaged in providing high-quality therapy services.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! This role is full-time, on-site, based in Oxford, Branford, or Shelton, CT. We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork.

Main job responsibilities include:

  • Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children in the areas of speech, language, literacy, communication, and/or feeding & swallowing
  • Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
  • Coordinating care with other health professionals
  • Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs in-line with the mission of More to Say
  • Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role

Starting Base Pay:

$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year + $8600 bonus potential
