Assess and treat residents with communication disorders, such as speech, language, and cognitive impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments and treatment plans
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current licensure in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) in the state of FL
Experience working with older adults and individuals with complex communication needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
