Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Paul, MN. The role offers $50-$65/hour for full-time work with the Minnesota State SLP license required.

You will assess students in grades 7-12, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligning with IEP goals. Collaboration with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team is essential to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance may be required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
  • Ability to conduct speech assessments in Spanish.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills.
  • Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours.

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in 7-12 grade school settings. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:
  • One year of experience in speech therapy

  • Department of Education certification

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs

  • Experience with school-based caseload management
