Job summary

Lively Therapy is hiring a full-time CCC-SLP in Florida to join a neurodiversity-affirming pediatric practice focused on AAC, motor speech, gestalt language processing, feeding, and family-centered care. The role offers mentoring from experienced specialists, built-in documentation time, and a collaborative team environment.

Position features a 4-day work week, dedicated admin time, and a supportive front office. Caseloads are managed to avoid overload, with paid CEUs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• Experience with AAC, feeding and swallowing, or motor speech disorders preferred.
• Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming pediatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SLPAs, CFs, and students in virtual and in-person settings.
• Evaluate, design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct AAC evaluations, device trials and aided language input therapy.
• Provide specialized therapy in feeding, childhood apraxia of speech, and dysarthria.
• Collaborate with parents and professionals; co-treat with other therapists; participate in team meetings.

Job Description

At Lively Therapy, we specialize in providing neurodiverse affirming 1:1 therapy to children and adolescents with complex needs. Here is a list of what a typical week looks like in this role:

• Virtual & In-person Supervision: Mentor and supervise treating SLPAs, CFs, and Students.
• Virtual & In-person Evals & Treats: Evaluate, create personalized treatment plans, and use your clinical expertise to deliver meaningful care.
• AAC & Complex Communication: AAC evaluations, device trials, and Aided Language Input therapy.
• Specialized Therapy: Intervention in feeding, childhood apraxia of speech, and dysarthria.
• Skill Development: make time to take and apply new CEUs; mentor teammates to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
• Collaboration & Team Work: Coach and educate parents and other professionals; co-treat with other SLPs, OTs, PTs, and Behaviorists; attend meetings with your peers and supervisors to develop your skills.

We are looking for SLPs who are passionate about supporting autistic children and their families, and who are ready to join an experienced team with strong clinical support and training. This role will serve many clients with AAC needs. Specialized experience in AAC, feeding/swallowing or motor speech disorders is preferred, but not required. Full-time Schedule

• 4 days per week 8.5 hours & 1 day per week 6 hours, consistent predictable hours
• (open to flexibility with scheduling and some flex/work from home admin time)

Compensation

• CCC-SLP full-time salary range $73000 to $76000 depending on experience
• Raise opportunities tied to growth, leadership, and mentorship of CFs and qualified SLPAs

• Caseload cap 40 patients per week
