Job summary

Heritage Park Rehabilitation in Roy, UT is a post-acute care facility offering long-term and short-term services for geriatric patients. We seek a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program and support comprehensive communication, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.

Responsibilities include screening, treatment delivery, outcome evaluation, patient/family counseling, and discharge documentation, all while aligning with CAPLICO values and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Heritage Park Rehabilitation in Roy, UT is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!
