Job summary

Point Quest Group in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, supervise SLPAs as needed, and participate in annual reviews. A state license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Preferred: 1 year of school-based speech therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals and document progress.
• Complete and maintain IEPs; participate in reviews and supervision where applicable.
